Post 2 of our recent life updates… and this one’s a BIG win! ⚽️💪 Mary Catherine wrapped up her soccer season with nothing less than a championship—and we couldn’t be more proud. This incredible team of girls came together, gave it their all, and brought home the title to finish the season strong. 🙌 What makes this extra special is how Mary Catherine got here. After being sidelined with a broken arm for nine months, she jumped back in—not just to any team, but to one a full year ahead of her age group. With grit, hard work, and heart, she found her place, showed up big, and helped lead this team to a championship finish. One of my favorite things she said after the tournament was: “I realized that even if other teams are willing to play dirty or take shortcuts, playing fair and doing things the right way always wins in the end.” That’s character. This is a tough one 🙌🏼 If I’ve learned anything through this life journey—through mistakes, forgiveness, failure, success, entrepreneurship, creativity, parenting, collaboration, and life—it’s that we don’t always get it right. We make mistakes. We misjudge. We fight timing. We hold on too tightly to plans that were never meant to be. But here’s the Grace: Even when we can’t see the bigger picture, God can. When the path doesn’t unfold the way we thought it would, it’s not failure—it’s redirection. And in my own story, those unexpected turns have led to deeper understanding, richer relationships, wiser ways of being, and work that feels like intentional. Elevate 757 isn’t just a business. It’s a space where imperfection is welcome, growth is intentional, and Faith is the foundation. Every day we are making choices. Every moment we have new opportunities. Not all parents are given by birth — some are ch Not all parents are given by birth — some are chosen by God. I was adopted as an infant by two of the most extraordinary people a child could ever hope for. From the very beginning, my life was marked by love, intention, and faith — not because of genetics, but because two hearts chose to make me their own. A parent is not defined by biology — it’s someone who shows up day after day, who sacrifices, protects, and nurtures with purpose and grace. My mom and dad have done just that, hand in hand, every single day of my life. They built a home where God was the center, where love wasn’t just spoken — it was modeled. My mom gave us warmth, creativity, laughter, and unwavering devotion. She’s been the heartbeat of our home — nurturing our spirits, advocating for us endlessly, and loving without limits. My dad has been our rock — steady, strong, and always leading with quiet wisdom and fierce love. He taught my sister and me how to stand tall in who we are, how to work hard, speak kindly, and walk with both strength and humility. He has never failed us — not once — emotionally, mentally, physically, or financially. No matter the demands of his career, he found a way to be there. For dance recitals. For ball games. For life. Together, they raised daughters who know what it means to love deeply, to stand strong in our faith, and to live with grit, grace, and gratitude. There is no greater gift than being raised by parents like mine. This year has been one to remember- filled with victories, challenges, and SO much personal growth. Cammie has shown us what true dedication looks like. She’s met every obstacle with heart and every setback with determination. Hey Mama’s (and, Papa’s for that matter!). Do Hey Mama’s (and, Papa’s for that matter!). Do you ever struggle with making all the things happen in any given day? Yep! Me, too!⁣ ⁣ I've literally heard since I began adulting the phrase "Work- Life Balance." But, here is the real talk. It isn't a balance. It is simply managing priorities, winning some, losing others, and finding some since of humor along the way. When you can master that (and trust me, it isn't easy), you will find yourself and your crew in a lot better place.⁣ ⁣ 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗼𝗺 𝗛𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗡𝗼. 2⁣ 𝘉𝘦 𝘔𝘪𝘯𝘥𝘧𝘶𝘭 𝘰𝘧 𝘓𝘰𝘤𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴⁣ ⁣ This seems like a no-brainer, right? As parents we are super mindful of where we have to be and when. Who has to go where and at what time. That’s where many of us win the Gold Medal each day 🥇 We have become pros at making sure our kids are where they need to be at the correct times, even if that means some of our other priorities fall off of Today’s To-Do List and on to tomorrows.⁣ ⁣ Am I Right?⁣ About 7 years ago I made a pact with myself that I would get up early enough every morning to provide myself an hour or two alone for prayer, stretching, and planning- before anyone else in the house was up. I’ve stuck to that.⁣ ⁣ Now, here is the hack. During that planning time I look at the priorities of each day and lump each of these items by location, then schedule them around priorities with a set-in-stone timeframe.⁣ ⁣ For example, if MC has to be at soccer in Va Beach at 5pm and I have 2 other stops nearby or on the way to that Va Beach location, I schedule those additional stops before or after I drop-off MC at soccer.⁣ ⁣ Or, if I need to take Amazon returns to UPS at some point during the week, I choose a location nearby the grocery store, my children’s sports practice, or a client appointment and leave enough time to make that additional stop while I’m out and about.⁣ ⁣ It takes a little pre-planning. But, the pre-plan can occur before your world turns on full-speed each day. And I promise that while this may only save you 10-15 minutes here and there, those minutes add up. ⁣ ⁣ So, take a deep breath and geo map your day! A simple hack to give yourself back time to do what needs to get done. 🤗

As women, we are called to be fierce but gentle nurturers, gatherers, lovers, workers. We are called to serve our homes, our families, our communities, our God. We are asked to bravely take on the duties that many others will not and asked to do it with grace and a smile. ⁣ ⁣ And the thing of it all is that we typically do exactly that. ⁣ ⁣ I admire and am continuously grateful for the masculine energy, honor, strength and grit that good men bring into our lives. I can quickly meal plan, pause and add-to our weekly subscription, make changes based on a couple of my picky eaters, and have never had delivery issues. Most meals are simple and all are relatively quick.⁣ ⁣ Meal times still take a little bit of planning- that is essential.
